1. It is the responsibility of the parents to remit fees on time. No separate circular will be issued for intimation.
2. Fee can be remitted in the school office between 9:00 a.m. & 2:00 p.m. on all working days. (For Payment to DPS MIHAN Branch Cheque to be drawn in favour of Delhi Public School MIHAN Nagpur)
3. Outstation or Post Dated cheques will not be accepted.
4. Rs. 500/- will be charged against dishonour of cheque irrespective of the reason. All subsequent payments should be made in Card/ DD / Online / UPI.
5. Bus fee ( 10 MONTHS ONLY) as per distance is distributed in 12 equal monthly instalments to be paid alongwith quarterly tuition fees.

6. Parents can send fee through child by way of cheque or DD only.
7. Parents can deposit the fees in any branch of bank given in the school website in student corner.
8. Online payment can be done using Credit card/Debit card/Netbanking through the website http://dpsmihan.edu.in by logging in to the student portal, so that you can download and print the fee slip at your end.
9. Payment can also be done using MOBILE APP DPS MIHAN (Available at google play store, IOS and through gateway.)
NOTE
1. Fee for classes VIII – XII to be paid in three instalments (Trimester)
2. All dues should be cleared before the declaration of result.
3. All dues should be cleared prior to collecting the report card.
IMPORTANT
Non – Payment of school fee for one quarter will result in automatically striking off the child’s name from the school rolls. Fresh admission will have to be sought on payment of re-admission fees.
