Admission Procedure at DPS MIHAN

Procure the prospectus and register your ward

Procure the prospectus from the school office on any working day between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm. It can either be collected personally or a proxy can be deputed to collect the same on your behalf. The set of forms (in the prospectus) need to be submitted with necessary documents for registration. On submission of the registration form to the front desk of the school, necessary information shall be intimated to you.

Online Registration Facility

Please log on to http://www.dpsmihan.edu.in/enquiry/index.html for availing online registration facility. Please furnish the details requested. Please click the payment and registration option for completing the online registration process. On successful completion of the procedure, a confirmation mail will be sent to you. The parent must visit the school front office (with the online generated receipt which also has the registration number) to complete the pre admission formalities beyond which necessary information shall be intimated to you by the front office.

  2. 2. Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
  3. 3. Birth Certificate - In Original (Upto class I)
  4. 4. Migration Certificate (XI)
  5. 5. Aadhar Card (Optional)
  6. 6. Report Card
  7. 7. Latest Photographs (Name mentioned backside)
  8. 8. Bonafide Certificate

Admission

On submission form, date & time of interaction will be intimated. On the day of interaction, child has to visit the school along with both the parents at the scheduled allotted time.

Interaction Schedule

After successful interaction, ward would be granted provisional admission and will have to complete the balance process and deposit the fees within the given time. The admission shall be considered as provisional till such time all the relevant documents are submitted and the process is completed within the given stipulated time

PN Child should have completed 3 years as on 31ST DEC, 2024 i.e. the child must be born between 01-JULY-2020 to 31ST DEC, 2021. 3 Years
NUR Child should have completed 4 years as on 31ST DEC, 2024 i.e. the child must be born between 01-JULY-2019 to 31ST DEC, 2020. 4 Years
PREP Child should have completed 5 years as on 31ST DEC, 2024 i.e. the child must be born between 01-JULY-2018 to 31ST DEC, 2019. 5 Years
I Child should have completed 6 years as on 31ST DEC, 2024 i.e. the child must be born between 01-JULY-2017 to 31ST DEC, 2018. 6 Years
